WE WILL CALL YOU WHEN WE ARE DONE GROOMING YOUR PETS. IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL, WE MOST LIKELY ARE NOT DONE. PLEASE BE PATIENT AND REFRAIN FROM CALLING THE SHOP. WE WILL NOT RUSH A GROOMING AS IT CAN BE DANGEROUS FOR YOUR PET AND OUR GROOMER. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING.

hate to be stinkers but...Due to the nature of our business, unexpected
cancellations and "no shows", are both time consuming and costly to
everyone! We do understand that there may be circumstances that occur
beyond our control, however, we require 24 hours notice for
cancellations and/or rescheduling.
There is a $30.00 " no show/cancellation" fee without any notice. This fee must be paid before we do any services and will not be deducted from your regular grooming price.
